At the beginning of 2021, FILA planned to launch the new RAY III luminous shoe series and sought high-quality luminous material suppliers globally. We stood out among many competitors with ultra-long glow time and stable product performance.
FILA designers specifically required the luminous effect to meet two key conditions:
1. After absorbing light during the day, the glow time at night must last more than 8 hours.
2. The glow effect must be uniform and not fade over time.
After rigorous testing, our luminous powder achieved a glow time of 10.5 hours under the same conditions, exceeding the industry standard by 40%, fully meeting FILA's high-quality requirements.
The Light of Technology in Design Details
The RAY III luminous shoe series adopts innovative design, applying our luminous powder on the panel beneath the black mesh, with delicate piping details on the upper. This design ensures a fashionable look during the day and a stunning glow effect at night.
Our luminous powder features high brightness, non-radioactive, environmentally friendly and non-toxic characteristics, perfectly integrated into FILA's sneaker manufacturing process. In dark environments, the shoes emit a soft and lasting blue-green glow, becoming a beautiful sight on the streets at night.
After the product launch, the RAY III series achieved great success in North America, Europe, and Asian markets, hailed by sports enthusiasts as the "Never-Closing Fashion Light."
