Innovation Journey
In the collaboration on the LEGO toy track project, we faced a major challenge: traditional glow-in-the-dark materials could not effectively glow under the weak light source of LED cars. LEGO tracks required a special glow-in-the-dark effect that could display charming light in nighttime or low-light environments, but existing technology could not meet this demand.
Our R&D team accepted this challenge, determined to develop glow-in-the-dark materials that can be illuminated by weak light, creating a unique nighttime experience for LEGO toys.
Technical Breakthrough
After months of research and hundreds of experiments, we successfully developed a new weak-light-excited glow-in-the-dark powder. This innovative material has the following features:
This innovative material not only solves the problem of weak light illumination but also provides longer afterglow time and richer color options, greatly enhancing the nighttime play experience of LEGO toy tracks.
Mass Production
With the successful global promotion of the LEGO project, other toy manufacturers have also cooperated with us, and the demand for our weak-light glow-in-the-dark powder has rapidly increased. Throughout the cooperation process:
- Cumulative production and supply Over 300 tons Weak-light glow-in-the-dark powder
- Continuously improving formulas to enhance luminous efficiency 35%
- Establishing dedicated production lines to ensure stable supply to the global market
This cooperation not only demonstrates our technological innovation capability but also reflects our strength in large-scale production and continuous pursuit of product quality.
